Surface Treatment 

Coating and painting services; corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, adhesion strength, lubricity, friction coefficient reduction, surface hardness, electrical conductivity / insulation and / or aesthetic properties to aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, chrome nickel and magnesium alloy surface. It is the process of completion of the transactions made in accordance with the Military standards or Commercial standards.

The specific services are as follows: Electrolytic Zinc, Copper Electroplating, Nickel Electroplating, Tin Electroplating, Electroless Nickel Plating, Aluminum Chromate Coating, Sulphuric Acid Anodizing, Chromic Acid Anodizing, Hard Anodizing, Stainless Steel Passivation, Magnesium Chromate Coating, Silver Coating, Gold Coating, Phosphate Coating, Dry Film Lubricant Coating, Wet painting.

Heat Treatment Capabilities

We have wide range of heat treatment operations such as Quenching and Tempering, Annealing, Case Hardening, Aging, Vacuum Heat Treating, LPC, Austempering, Induction surface hardening, Stress Relieving, Normalising, Gas Nitriding, Plasma Nitrding, Oxidation, Carbonitriding, Carbon Restoration, Alum-Oxide Blasting.

Operations are performed according to both international and military standards or customer own standards. NDT operations and quality checks are performed by skillful employees in our quality control room. Quality control is more than just part of the process; it guides everything we do. Quality Management System  EN 9100:2018 is the system we follows during our work.

Quality 

1. Machining Quality

  • Manufacturing in accordance with ISO 9001 & EN 9100 which set out the criteria for a quality management system.

  • Work flow, supplies, inspections, process etc. are managed via ISO 9001 forms and so we can trace any product we manufacture at any time. 

  • COC, CMM report, heat treatment report, coating and painting reports provided to the customer together with the product itself.

  • Software: CAD, CAM, ERP, MRP, SPC & MCS Office

  • CMM Resolution 1.7 µm + L/300

  • Lots of calipers, gauges, templates help us to machine true product

  • Raw material suppliers has been chosen very carefully and audited in definite time periods regularly.

  • Raw material itself are inspected visually after every order. Material certificate and origin of supply are requested from supplier.

  • If requested from customer material allowable limits are tested with tensile test, compression test etc. to validate them. Those test are executed by independent establishments.

2. Surface Treatment Quality

  • XRF (X-ray fluorescence) is a non-destructive analytical technique used to determine the elemental composition of materials

  • Measuring dry film thickness on metal substrates by an electronic coating thickness gauge with a variety of separate probes.

  •  A pH meter measures the acidity and alkalinity of a liquid or other substance, on a scale with a range of 0 to 14.

  • Surface treatment in accordance with EN 9100

3. Heat Treatment Quality

  • The Rockwell Hardness Scale is used to rank the hardness of materials

  • The Vickers hardness test method, also referred to as a micro hardness test method, is mostly used for small parts, thin sections, or case depth work.

  • Microscope is most commonly used in our laboratory.

  • Heat treatment in accordance with EN 9100
